The Competition is a member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions based in Geneva since 2010.
February 21st - March 2nd, 2010 Mr. Henryk Martenka, the Director of the VIII International Paderewski Piano Competition (IPPC) visited Miami (Florida, USA), The VII International Chopin Piano Competition on Mrs. Blanka A. Rosenstiel, Chairman / Founder of the Chopin Foundation in Miami invitation.
Mr. Martenka took a part in Semi Final and Final of the Competition. One of the Jurors was the Artistic Director of VIII IPPC, Prof. Piotr Paleczny. III place received Esther Park, the laureate of the VI Paderewski Competition in 2004.
Mr. Martenka met James M. Steeber, Director of the Yamaha Artist Services Incorporated in NY, who will help us to organize the preliminary audition to VIII International Paderewski piano Competition.
